Position Summary
The Business Systems Administrator will support the growth and development of the company's ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and eager to learn. Working closely with senior team members, they will help keep day-to-day transactions running smoothly across all departments in NetSuite ERP, HubSpot CRM, and any other additional business systems.
This person will be a key point of contact for user support and onboarding, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and helping new users get comfortable with both systems. Over time, they will build working knowledge of financial operations and manufacturing across multiple legal entities, and learn to assess requests and recommend solutions that follow best practices. Other responsibilities include helping to test and roll out system upgrades, and writing and maintaining documentation for system processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day NetSuite ERP support to end users, including troubleshooting issues, answering how-to questions, and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
- Help review, design, and implement system processes and workflows, flagging errors, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Drive business security by assisting with user access, role and permission updates, and data integrity checks, in line with accounting standards and company best practices.
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards that give teams the data they need.
- Establish and maintain internal documentation controls ensuring accuracy and compliance in records.
- Ad hoc ERP systems support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited university
- 1+ year of experience in business system management or administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with Python, C#, or Java is advantageous though not required
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability, technical competence, and collaborative mindset
