SUMMARY: The Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning plays a critical role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end supply chain planning processes within the organization. This position involves strategic and tactical planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure efficient Order to Cash flow. The role encompasses Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management & Forecasting, S&OP Process Leadership and S&OE Management, aiming to satisfy demand efficiently. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional leaders & teams to identify systemic tool requirements, process improvements, mitigate risks, and drive overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain planning strategies.
- Drive S&OP processes across the organization
- Facilitate an effective S&OE process internally
- Optimize inventory levels to support New Product Introductions, sustaining manufacturing, and product End of Life.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and consolidate demand signals.
- Create and Maintain a Supply plan to support demand
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare contingency plans.
- Lead teams to address and resolve supply chain issues.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize supply chain management software for planning and tracking.
- Secure cost-effective supply deals in collaboration with sourcing & procurement.
- Communicate supply chain status and issues with stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvements in supply chain tools and processes.
- Prepare and present supply chain planning performance reports.
- Participate in budget planning and cost control activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning leadership or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven experience managing supply chain planning in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
- Experience with continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
