Roebuck Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Door Shop Helper to assist with the construction and preparation of interior doors.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can safely operate hand and power tools, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Previous woodworking, construction, manufacturing, or shop experience is a plus but is not required if the candidate is willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building and assembling interior doors.

• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks.

• Measure, cut, and prepare door slabs, casing, and other materials as needed.

• Assist with handling, organizing, and moving materials throughout the shop.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the warehouse and equipment areas.

• Remove debris and help ensure the workspace remains safe and orderly.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

• Support team members with additional shop duties as needed.
