In this role, you may assist with hands-on tasks, support production and construction teams, maintain clean and organized work areas, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Previous experience using handheld power tools is required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and work in various weather conditions, depending on the assignment

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
