Radiate Prints is growing fast, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. We print custom apparel people love to wear for businesses in our local area and beyond. We stand out in our industry because our clients know they can count on us to provide great gear on time, trending styles they can’t find at other shops, and if anything goes wrong they know we’ll make it right.

We’re looking for a bright, upbeat, genuinely people-first Sales & Account Manager to manage existing and new client relationships. You'll be the friendly voice who guides new clients through their very first order and the familiar face who keeps our clients coming back year after year.

Imagine being the person a client describes like this: "I love working with them. They respond fast, they always have the perfect options for my projects that make my business look amazing, and when I have a problem, they've already got three solutions I never would've thought of." That's the person we're looking for. Someone who loves closing a deal but never makes anyone feel sold to because you're not selling, you're the answer to their problem. This work has a lot of moving pieces: fine details, tight deadlines, thousands of apparel choices, and busy peak seasons. Not everyone's built for it. The right person wouldn't want it any other way. Key Responsibilities

• Build real, lasting relationships with new and existing clients through regular check-ins and thoughtful touches that make people feel like more than just an order number.

• Serve as the first point of contact for new business, whether someone walks through our door, calls, or emails. You’ll select the perfect apparel for their needs, draft accurate proposals, present quotes with confidence, follow up consistently, and close the deal.

• Follow up after every delivery to capture feedback and ensure clients are thrilled.

• Be an apparel and graphics expert. You don’t have to know how to make a design or print a shirt, but you know what looks good and stay on top of trends.

• Get out into the community to represent Radiate Prints at Greater Greenville Chamber of Commerce events and build the kind of relationships that turn into new business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or marketing role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order/CRM systems)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary based on past experience + Bonus Incentive Opportunities tied to KPIs specific to close rates, account turnover, and revenue generation

After a 90-day probation period, full-time employees receive:

Working Hours and Location

• Location: In-office at our Ayden, NC facility (just outside Greenville).

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm (Enjoy your Friday afternoon!)

• After Hours Events: Attend local Chamber of Commerce events that sometimes occur during evening hours (Ex- Monthly business after hours)
