We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and dedicated educator to join our team as a Grades 5–8 Interventionist and Grade 4 Remediation Specialist. In this role, you will deliver targeted Tier 3 academic interventions, and provide foundational math and literacy remediation for 4th-grade students. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with classroom teachers, and Professional Learning Teams to track progress and adjust instruction based on data.

Key Responsibilities

• Grade 4 Remediation & Support: Deliver focused academic remediation and classroom push-in support for 4th-grade students to bridge learning gaps.
• Targeted Tier 3 Interventions: Provide small-group and individualized Tier 3 instruction for students in grades 5 through 8, conducting progress monitoring.
• Classroom Support: Push into general education classrooms to provide aligned instructional support for EC students.
• Assessment & Data Entry: Administer academic screeners for grades 6–8, score assessments, and input progress data promptly.
• Collaborative Data Protocols: Participate actively in Professional Learning Team (PLT) and Problem Solving Team (PST) meetings to analyze student work, evaluate data, and refine intervention strategies.
