Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Manager, HYMH Financial Services Major Accounts based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

• Serve as the primary financial services lead for major accounts, partnering with sales teams to increase customer adoption and utilization of financing solutions.

• Work closely with Financial Services Partners across Americas on sales, marketing, credit, pricing, residual management, training and remarketing activities.

• Engage directly with strategic customers through meetings, account reviews, and planning discussions to support current opportunities and future growth.

• Act as the main liaison with external financing partners to structure deals, resolve challenges, and enable timely deal closure.

• Manage large, customized, or non-standard financing and billing arrangements for select customers with unique requirements.

• Lead the growth and execution of a Canadian financing program by working with dealers, partners, and internal teams to expand adoption and effectiveness.

• Initiate and manage strategic projects that enhance financial offerings, improve consistency, and strengthen competitive differentiation.

• Own the Request for Quote process for financial services to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality across all opportunities.

• Identify, escalate, and resolve complex financing issues by coordinating cross-functional teams in situations without established processes.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field required; MBA preferred

• 7-10+ years of experience in Financial Services, Finance, or Sales Management roles preferred

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Account Management: Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large, strategic customers while expanding financial or leasing portfolios.

• Financial Services Expertise: Strong understanding of leasing, financing structures, credit considerations, and deal economics.

• Project & Program Management: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution in complex environments.

• Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to analyze data, assess trade-offs, and make decisions that support both near-term results and long-term strategy.

• Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to solve problems and support business recommendations.
