Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented eCommerce Operations Manager based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
Own the day‑to‑day operation of the eCommerce platform, ensuring site performance, stability, security updates, releases, and backups meet business and customer expectations.
Lead eCommerce platform initiatives, including platform selection, implementation, enhancements, and upgrades, aligning technology decisions with marketing and business goals.
Partner with marketing, IT, data, creative, merchandising, as well as other cross-functional teams and external vendors, to scope, plan, and deliver platform improvements and ongoing maintenance.
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and support seamless system integrations and data connectivity.
Serve as the subject matter expert and project lead for customer onboarding and complex system integrations, guiding projects from requirements through launch.
Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data issues, documenting resolutions and improving processes to prevent recurring problems.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators; own operational KPI reporting and deliver data‑driven insights.
Own integrated project plans, timelines, and delivery governance to ensure cross‑functional and global alignment.
Support and optimize ecommerce platform generating multi‑million‑dollar annual aftermarket parts revenue.

What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, marketing technology, or related field.
5-7 years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms, web technologies, data, or IT systems.
3-5 years of customer‑facing experience preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10+ years of equivalent, relevant experience.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Hands‑on experience managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., platform operations, releases, integrations, and performance monitoring).
Strong project management skills in a digital or technology environment, including requirements gathering, timelines, and vendor coordination.
Experience working with web technologies, APIs, and system integrations to support end‑to‑end transactions.
Data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs, build insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
Proficiency with analytics tools, content management systems, and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, reporting tools).
Solid understanding of SEO, site performance metrics, and eCommerce best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and data issues and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
