Home Builders Supply is seeking a motivated and creative Brand & Content Coordinator to support marketing efforts by capturing and organizing content.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for a recent college graduate interested in brand development and content creation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and our external marketing partner to capture, organize, and deliver high-quality content that reflects our projects, people, and company culture.
Responsibilities:

Visit job sites and various company locations to capture high-quality photo and video content

Document content for use across digital platforms, including:

Project progress (before/after, milestones)

Job site activity, deliveries, and team engagement

Employee spotlights and company culture
-
Community involvement and industry insight

Support content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and industry-specific platforms relevant to building supply and construction industries

Assist in identifying new platforms and opportunities to expand brand visibility within our industries

Tailor content to engage a range of audiences, including customers, partners, and industry professionals

Organize and upload content into shared systems for use by internal teams and external marketing partners

Collaborate with team members to proactively identify content opportunities

Maintain a consistent pipeline of content for marketing use

Assist with drafting captions, post ideas, and content themes as needed
-
Ensure content is consistent and aligns with brand standards and reflects company values
-
Maintain a calendar of upcoming projects, events, and key milestones
-
Track and fulfill content needs requested by the marketing team

Assist with basic marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) as needed

Support special marketing initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Core Strengths:

Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Organized and detail-oriented

Strategic thinker with strong interest in branding, social media, and content creation

Comfortable capturing content using a smartphone or camera
-
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; interest in industry-specific platforms is a plus

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Strong visual eye for storytelling, branding and aesthetics
