Salary Range: $68,619.20 - $139,900.80 - Commensurate with Experience.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $68,619.20 - $114,004.80

Are you someone who enjoys solving complex problems, diving into new technologies, and making systems work better for everyone? As a Systems Analyst, you'll work across a range of enterprise applications, infrastructure components, and business systems. You will help deliver reliable, integrated solutions that keep our organization running smoothly.

You'll explore unfamiliar systems, troubleshoot issues, and figure out how technologies connect and interact. What You'll Do:

In this role, you may:

  • Support, extend, and integrate enterprise applications, including phone, voice, and IVR systems

  • Work with key technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, databases, and basic networking

  • Work with Tier I Applications from Oracle, Trimble, ESRI, and more

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure systems remain secure, functional, and aligned with business needs

  • Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

This position may be filled at the Systems Analyst I, II, III, or IV level depending on your experience, education, and skillset.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree (Systems Analyst I - ONLY)

  • Bachelor's Degree (Systems Analyst II-IV)

  • 1+ Years of Experience

  • General Knowledge in several of the key areas including but not limited to: OS Platforms, Enterprise Applications, Servers, Databases, Middleware Solutions, Cloud Services, and Programming Languages

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Thrives working in a team environment

  • Valid Driver's License

Systems Analyst I
Anticipated Hiring Range: $68,619.20 - $88,920.00
Minimum Requirement: 1-3 Years Experience; Associate's Degree

Systems Analyst II
Anticipated Hiring Range: $74,110.40 - $96,012.80
Minimum Requirement: 3-5 Years Experience; Bachelor's Degree

Systems Analyst III
Anticipated Hiring Range: $80,808.00-$104,603.20
Minimum Requirement: 5-7 Years Experience; Bachelor's Degree

Systems Analyst IV
Anticipated Hiring Range: $88,004.80-$114,004.80
Minimum Requirement: 7-9 Years Experience; Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge in several of the key areas including but not limited to: OS Platforms, Enterprise Applications, Servers, Databases, Middleware Solutions, Cloud Services, and Programming Language

  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Understanding of Web Service Architecture and the ability to support or develop integrations between systems

  • Experience with Utility Industry Applications, such as Customer Information, Billing, Work Management, and Financial Systems

Work Schedule:
Position requires on-site attendance; this is not a remote work position.
Work Schedule: M-F 8AM - 5PM
