Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for connecting with potential candidates. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s growth by identifying and attracting top talent across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting methods such as social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to attract diverse talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires.

Experience

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of research methods for identifying potential candidates across various platforms is essential.
