Position Summary
  • The nurse navigator provides individualized assistance to tumor site specific patients and their families in overcoming barriers to care, facilitating timely access to care, and providing education and support. The cancer patients trajectory through diagnosis, treatment, and after care survivorship will be seamless and coordinated in collaboration with the multidisciplinary oncology team.
Minimum Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) is required or higher
  • BSN preferred
  • Current North Carolina nursing license
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • OCN preferred or within 2 years of employment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Organized, can multi-task, analytical, time management
  • Work well under stress and be able to provide emotional support.

Pay Range
  • Oncology Nurse Navigator salary range > $72259.20 - $105328.08
  • Final compensation is determined at the offer stage
