Provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist through
-performing treatment
-communicating with the supervising PT and other health care professionals
-appropriate documentation
Participates in departmental/team quality improvement activities
Delegates appropriate tasks to PT technicians and supervises
Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, and students and assists with new employee orientation
Assists with or performs special projects.
Associate Degree or higher
