Job Description

Position Summary

This positions primary responsibility is to support the organization and by performing a multitude of clinical and administrative tasks. Must have the ability to coordinate operations and perform vital signs, patient questionnaire intake, data entry and medical records management. Assists with appropriate services. Maintains all patient care related documentation in hard copy and/or electronic medical records. Must demonstrate skill in clinical duties such as vitals, health history and other clinical duties as directed by clinicians. Time management skills and the ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and assist patients and providers as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
High School plus 1 to 2 years of formal training or education- or higher.
Specify: 1 year additional education in Medical Office Assistant coursework or related preferred

Related Work Experience
Less than 1 year
Clinical or medical office setting.
Phlebotomy skills / training

Licensure, registration or certification:
CPR Certification

An additional year of medical office experience may substitute for the 1-year of additional education required beyond high school or equivalent.

Other Information

Full time with benefits - 40 hours per week

Day shift: Monday - Friday, 7:45am-4:15pm
