Job Description

Position Summary

The nurse manager practices in the framework of the mission, vision and values of ECU Health and maintains 24-hour accountability for unit operations. The manager is a clinical leader with focus on producing excellent patient outcomes, patient and family engagement, workforce management/ development and clinical efficiency. The nurse manager is the front line leader who partners with physicians and manages staff and resources to promote safe, timely, efficient, effective and patient focused unit operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Licensure/Registration/Certification: License as a Registered Nurse, must maintain licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Three to four years related experience

Pay Range

Pay range $108,160.00 - $148,720.00

**Compensation is determined based on experience.

Position: 1.0 FTE - 40 hours per week
