Job Description
Position Summary
Pharmacy Technicians are a foundation of the pharmacy department and drive many of the workflow activities. The expectations are to support the mission, vision, and core values of ECU Health and the pharmacy department by executing foundational dispensing activities.
Minimum Requirements
Must have High School Diploma, GED or be enrolled in a program that leads towards a diploma or equivalent
Must register with NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
Registration in good standing with the NC BOP
Certification (CPhT) through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), or National Healthcare Association (NHA) ExCPT
At least 1 year outpatient/retail or inpatient pharmacy technician experience
Pay Range
$18.01 - $26.25
