| Job Duties | The Senior Associate Director has administrative responsibility for monitoring the policies and procedures of the University student conduct system and for administering the Student Code of Conduct. The Senior Associate Director will aid the Associate Dean of Students/Director of OSRR in the management of the office’s day-to-day operations, oversee organizational misconduct, and aid in the adjudication of Title IX cases. Specific Responsibilities: The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities oversees the administration and supervision of the University student conduct system with the authority to formulate and carry out institutional policy. To that end, the Senior Associate Director: Student Organization Conduct (30%)
Investigation & Adjudication of Conduct Cases, and Case Management (35%)
Supervision and Training (20%)
Leadership and Planning (10%)
Other (5%)
