| Job Description | ECU School of Theatre and Dance is currently seeking several counselors for its 2026 Summer Drama Camp for ages 8-12 years old. This program will be held at ECU Messick Theatre Arts Center. Counselors will be daytime staff that chaperone students to workshops in Messick Theatre Arts Center, as well as assisting the Camp Instructors during workshops and other activities throughout the day. Camp run time is from Monday, July 13th through Friday, July 17th, 2026. Counselor shifts run from 8:00am – 4:00pm during the camp week. Pay will be $12.50 per hour. |
| Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) | All Camp Counselors must complete Tedi Bear Training and a Criminal Background check program prior to camp week to be eligible for this position in accordance with state law. Applicants should have prior experience in working with this age range (8-12). |
