Job Description
ECU Department of Campus living is currently seeking several Neighborhood Service Office Front Desk Assistants.

This is a part-time position, reporting to either the College Hill or Central West Neighborhood Service Office Manager that is expected to fulfill the following general roles and responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and welcoming them while at the front desk in the Neighborhood Service Office
  • Performs administrative duties at the Neighborhood Service Office desk to include but not limited to resident check-ins and departures, loaner keys, room changes, work orders, loaner items
  • Checks mail in and out for residential students
  • Answers phone calls and walk-in questions while providing excellent customer service
  • Role modeling and representing Campus Living and ECU in a positive light
  • Other duties as assigned.

Applicants should be available to work through Spring 2027.
