| Job Description | ECU Department of Student Financial Aid is currently seeking several Graduate Assistants. This position supports the Office of Student Financial Services for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective students and their families that visit the SFA office or contact us via telephone or email.

| Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) | Bachelor’s Degree; acceptance into East Carolina University graduate school program Candidates must exhibit strong customer service and organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, and have the ability to multi-task. |
