IT SPECIALIST – ERP/MES

POSITION SUMMARY

Inox Solar Americas is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Specialist - ERP/MES to support, maintain, and optimize ERP and MES platforms supporting solar manufacturing operations. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technology providers to ensure reliable system performance, data integrity, process automation, and continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and MES systems.
• Configure workflows, user roles, security access, and system parameters.
• Troubleshoot production and business system issues.
• Manage integrations between ERP, MES, shop-floor equipment, and third-party applications.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance requirements are met.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-7 years of ERP/MES support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Epicor, or Infor.
• Knowledge of MES platforms and manufacturing operations.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Solar, semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing experience.
• ERP/MES implementation experience.
• Power BI or other analytics platform experience.
• Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart manufacturing knowledge.
