Job Summary
- Responsible for performing final product inspections prior to shipment, verifying compliance with packaging and palletization standards, and authorizing the release of finished goods to ensure product quality and safe delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Verify the condition of products prior to packaging/dispatch to ensure no damage occurred during storage or handling.
- Inspect packaging and palletization for compliance with specifications (panel orientation, panels per pallet, strapping, moisture-proof wrapping) to minimize transit damage.
- Sign and stamp the warehouse release note and inspection report to authorize the release of goods from the warehouse.
Work Requirements:
- Perform inspections at multiple production stations based on production schedules and operational needs.
- Rotate between production lines and inspection positions as assigned.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be willing to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as required by business needs.
- Communicate effectively with production operators, technicians, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve quality issues.
- Stand and walk for extended periods while working in a production environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or above.
- Previous manufacturing experience required; quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in solar module manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, inspection standards, and quality procedures.
- Basic computer skills for recording inspection data and completing quality documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
