Job Summary:
The On-Shift Technical Trainer serves as the dedicated, hands-on training leader for their assigned shift. This role is solely responsible for ensuring all training needs are executed, documented, and sustained for employees on that shift.
Working in close partnership with the Sr. Supervisor, Training, Manager, Team, Training Coordinator, and Employee Experience Business Partner, the On-Shift Technical Trainer ensures employees are technically competent, safety-focused, and fully prepared to perform their roles successfully.
This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and workforce capability through structured training execution and follow-through.

Required Qualifications/Professional Experiences/Years of Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent GED
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in manufacturing operations and computer skills (including MS Office).
- Strong knowledge of equipment, safety standards, and quality processes.
- Effective communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to provide clear hands-on instruction
- Minimum of 5 years of high-speed manufacturing experience and/or on the job training in incontinence manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experiences/Years of Experience:
- Prior experience training or mentoring employees.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with training documentation systems / Learning Management Systems (LMS) – ETQ Preferred.
- Internal qualifications of Manufacturing Tech 2 Mid / Cross-department equivalent or higher
